Roll On Football · Last updated 25 September 2026

Roll On Football is made by Peter Taylor. This policy explains what happens to the information you put into the app.

The short version

We don't collect any of your data. Everything you enter stays on your device and is never sent to us or anyone else.

What you store in the app

Coaches can enter team details, player first names, squad numbers, positions, photos, match results, statistics, ratings and notes. All of this is stored only on the device you enter it on. It is not uploaded, synced, shared or backed up to any server run by us.

Players' information

Because the app is used for youth football, some of the information a coach enters may relate to children. That information never leaves the coach's device. We recommend using first names only, and the app doesn't ask for dates of birth, addresses or contact details.

Camera and photos

The app asks for access to your camera or photo library only when you choose to add a player photo or a team badge. The image is resized and saved inside the app on your device.

Notifications

If you allow them, the app schedules alerts on your phone for substitution times. These are created and delivered on your device; nothing is sent to us.

What we don't do

No accounts, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking, no third-party code that collects data, and no selling or sharing of information.

Sharing

If you use the share button, the app hands your rota to the iPhone share sheet. Where it goes after that is your choice.

Deleting your data

Use Clear squad or Clear season data inside the app, or delete the app from your device, which removes everything it stored.
